"The Old Corn-Crib" Historic (Martin Basch Farm) Port Oneida, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore


Corn cribs were first used by Native Americans and were quickly adopted by European settlers. Early American design has walls slanted outward like this one. This was taken at the Historic (Martin Basch Farm) Port Oneida, Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore
